		&lt;ul&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;NOUL (locally known as DODONG) is moving towards northern Luzon (Philippines), strengthening. On 8 May at 00.00 UTC it was a Typhoon with max. sustained winds of 185 km/h and its centre was located over the Philippine Sea.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Over the next 48 h, it is forecast to continue moving north-west towards northern Luzon, strengthening. NOUL is forecast to reach the eastern coast of Isabela and Cagayan provinces (north-eastern Luzon) late on 9 May or early on 10 May, as a Typhoon with max. sustained winds up to 200 km/h. Strong winds and heavy rains may affect several areas of Luzon on 9-11 May. &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;As of early 8 May morning (PAGASA), a Public Storm Warning Signal 1 is in effect for Catanduanes, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon and Polillo Island (Luzon), as well as Northern Samar (Visayas). The Alert Status at the NDRRMC (National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council) Operation Center was raised to Blue Alert Status, effective on 7 May 17:00 (local time). &lt;/li&gt;

      <title>Federated States of Micronesia - Tropical Cyclone NOUL</title>
      <description>
		&lt;ul&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;NOUL passed over Yap island as a Typhoon on 5 May, affecting it with strong winds and heavy rainfall (245mm in 24h on 5 May).&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;On 6 May, at 3.00 UTC, NOUL had maximum sustained winds of 121km/h and it's centre was located 60km west of Yap. Over the next 24h, the Typhoon is forecast to move north-west over open waters intensifying and to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility late on 6 May.&lt;/li&gt;
