      <title>Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand - Tropical Cyclone VAMCO </title>

    &lt;li&gt;VAMCO reached the coasts of the province of Quang Nam (central Vietnam) in the afternoon of 14 September (UTC). Heavy rains and strong winds affected central and southern Vietnam. Approx. 215 mm of rain in 24 h were observed in Da Nang and approx. 233 mm in Dong Hoi over 13-14 September. As of 14 September, over 60 houses were reported damaged in central and southern Vietnam.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;On 15 September at 0.00 UTC, it was a Tropical Depression and its centre was located over southern Lao PDR, approx. 50 km northwest of Salavan.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Over the next 48 h, it is forecast to continue moving south-west towards southern Thailand, weakening. Heavy rains may affect southern Lao PDR, Cambodia, eastern and southern Thailand, with the risk of flash floods and landslides.&lt;/li&gt;
