      <title>Vietnam, China - Tropical Cyclone MIRINAE UPDATE</title>

		&lt;ul&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;TC MIRINAE (previously named FIVE) continued moving north-west, strengthening. On 26 July early afternoon (UTC) it made landfall over Hainan province (China) with approx. max. sustained wind speed of 74 km/h (Tropical Storm). After making landfall it continued moving north-west over land and entered the Gulf of Tonkin, slightly weakened but still a Tropical Storm. On 27 July at 0.00 UTC its centre was located approx. 240 km south-east of Thai Binh province (Vietnam) and it had max. sustained wind speed of 65 km/h.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;Over the next 24 h it is forecast to continue moving north-west maintaining its intensity. It may move over the provinces of Thai Binh and Haiphong (Vietnam) with approx. max. sustained wind speed of 74 km/h. Heavy rain and strong winds may affect the areas along its path. As of 27 July early morning (UTC), a Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for the northern areas of Vietnam.&lt;/li&gt;
