    &lt;li&gt;Tropical Cyclone FIFTEEN formed on 10 September over the south-western Pacific Ocean and started moving west in the general direction of the Philippines. On 11 September, 00.00 UTC, FIFTEEN's centre&lt;span style="font-family: Verdana;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;was located approx. 1 500 km east of the Philippines in the Pacific Ocean and about 160 km north-east of Yap, Micronesia and had a strength of a Tropical Depression.
    In the next 24 to 48 h, FIFTEEN is forecast to continue moving north-west towards the Philippines, remaining over water and intensifying.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

      <title>PHILIPPINES â€“ Tropical Cyclone FIFTEEN</title>

    &lt;li&gt;On 12 September at 00.00 UTC FIFTEEN, known as LUIS in the Philippines, was a Tropical Depression (max. sustained winds of 56 km/h) and its center was located approx. 1&amp;nbsp;000 km south-east of the eastern coast of northern Luzon. &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;In the next 24 h it is forecast to continue moving north-west over the Pacific, strengthening. According to the data of 12 September 00.00 UTC, it is forecast to reach northern Luzon on 14 September as a Typhoon.&lt;br /&gt;

      <title>Philippines, China, Vietnam - Tropical Cyclones KALMAEGI and FUNG-WONG </title>

		&lt;ul&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;KALMAEGI weakened into a Tropical Depression on 17 September, moving over northern Vietnam. Heavy rainfall affected several areas of northern Vietnam and southern China, causing floods and landslides. In northern Vietnam, media reported at least six people killed and another five injured in a landslide in Cao Loc district (Long Son Province), 5 000 ha of crops destroyed and 147 houses damaged.&lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;In northern Philippines, due to the passage of KALMAEGI (LUIS), 366 075 people were affected (as of 18 September, NDRRMC). &lt;/li&gt;
    &lt;li&gt;In the meantime a new Tropical Cyclone FUNG-WONG (MARIO) formed over the Philippine Sea and started moving towards north-eastern Philippines. On 18 September at 00.00 UTC it was a Tropical Storm (max. sustained winds of 64 km/h) and its center was located over water approx. 420 km east of Catanduanes province. In the next 24 h it is forecast to move northwest towards north-eastern Philippines, strengthening. It may reach the north-eastern tip of Luzon on 19-20 September. A Public Storm Warning Signal #1 is in effect for the provinces of Catanduanes, Isabela, Aurora and Cagayan (Luzon), as of early 18 September (PAGASA).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
