UPDATE: 4:45 p.m. Felicia has entered the Central Pacific and become a remnant low, according to the National Hurricane Center in Miami. At 5 p.m. today, the post-tropical cyclone is forecast to be approximately 995 miles east-southeast of Hilo and moving at a speed of 16 mph to the west-southwest with maximum sustained winds of 35 mph.
