Ex-Tropical Cyclone Tiffany is continuing to track westward across the Cape York Peninsula in far northern Queensland late Jan. 10, having made landfall as a Category 2 storm near Cape Melville early Jan. 10. As of 22:00 AEST Jan. 10, the system's center of circulation was approximately 404 km (251 miles) north-northwest of Cairns.
