BAITADI: Massive flood in the Mahakali River caused by incessant rainfall for the past two days has wreaked havoc in Khalanga, the district headquarters of Darchula. The flood swept away 45 houses and five government buildings yesterday night, as the annual monsoon covered the country ahead of schedule.
