Angola, April 2021Angola Press Agency (ANGOP) reported severe flooding in the capital, Luanda, after heavy rain on 19 April 2021. 14 fatalities were reported, along with 2 injured, 1,600 homes damaged and 8,000 people displaced. Earlier, the Ministry of the Interior reported a young person died and 2 were injured after heavy rain caused damage in Sumbe City, Cuanza Sul Province, on 16 April 2021.
