Tropical Storm Sinlaku, Vietnam, Laos and Thailand, August 2020Heavy rain from Tropical Storm Sinlaku caused flooding in parts of Vietnam, Laos and Thailand. Fatalities were reported in Vietnam as a result of flooding. Media also reported wind damage caused fatalities in Thailand.
