Paraguay, Early February 2021Media, quoting National Emergency Secretariat (SEN) in Paraguay reported on 02 February that 10 people had died in floods and landslides triggered by days of heavy rain which intensified from 01 February 2021. Many of the affected areas are in the Asuncion Metropolitan area and Paraguay's Central Department. SEN said they were assisting victims in Yaguaron, Department of Paraguari and Caacupe in the department of Cordillera. Severe flooding was also reported in Tobati and Piribebuy, Cordillera Department. Strong winds of over 141 km/h were also reported.Sun 31 Jan 2021FloodList provided by Copernicus GLOFAS
