Yobe, Nigeria, May 2022Yobe State Emergency Management Agency (Sema) reported that 5 people died and 41 were injured after buildings collapsed due to heavy windstorm and rainfall in Damaturu late on 09 May 2022. It is not clear if the rain caused flooding in the area.
