Southern France, Mid-September 2023Heavy rain caused flash flooding and rivers to overflow in the Hérault Department in southern France on 15 to 17 September 2023. Railway tracks were damaged and parked vehicles swept away. Around 38 evacuations were reported. The government of Hérault said the city of Saint-Martin-de-Londres suffered extensive damages didn't provide details.
