TOKYO, Aug. 15 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.5 struck Japan 's Fukushima prefecture on Monday, Japan's weather agency said. The quake, registering 4 on the Japanese seismic scale which peaks at 7, occurred at 4:04 p.m. local time, the Japan Meteorological Agency said. The epicenter of the quake was at a latitude of 37.
