تحوّلت العاصمة الرباط وجارتها مدينة سلا إلى ما يشبه بقعة جغرافية منكوبة بسبب الأمطار الغزيرة التي تهاطلت منذ منتصف اليوم الخميس، حيث لا تزال عدد من الطرق في المناطق الحضرية وبعض الشوارع الرئيسية مقطوعة. كما تعطلت حركة سير الترامواي الرابط بين المدينتين أمام المواطنين، فهرعوا إلى محطات القطار في انتظار عودة الأمور إلى حالتها الطبيعية.
