Wellington residents are in for another battering on Friday as heavy rain continues to fall on the sodden region. Thursday's deluge left one man dead, houses flooded, roads and train tracks cut off by slips and debris for hours, and commuters stranded, some overnight. His body was found late in the afternoon, near his car.
