On Wednesday June 3, 2015 Accra was submerged after a torrential rain which left in its wake a disaster of unprecedented proportion. Many parts of the capital including, Alajo, Adabraka, Awoshie, Tesano Dzorwulu were badly hit with lots of properties and human lives destroyed. However this tragedy should not be a surprise to the Ghana government.

Des secouristes sont à pied d'oeuvre à Accra au Ghana pour porter de l'assistance aux victimes de l'explosion suivie d'un incendie survenue dans une station-service en centre-ville. L'incident, qui a couté la vie à près de cent personnes, est survenu suite à des innondations provoquées par des pluies torrentielles.
