MANILA -- Tropical Storm " Peipah " is expected to enter the Philippine area of responsibilty (PAR) by Sunday afternoon or evening, the state weather bureau said. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration ( Pagasa) said that as of 4 a.m. Sunday, Peipah was spotted at 1,355 km east of General Santos City.

Tropical Storm Peipah (International codename) maintains its strength as it approaches the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), PAGASA said.
