Chittagong Division, Bangladesh, Early August 2023Floods and landslides impacted areas of Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Bandarban and Feni in Chittagong Division, Bangladesh, in early August 2023. Roads were cut leaving 30,000 people isolated in Bandarban. Local media reported 2 people dead, 6 injured and 718 houses damaged in Bandarban. DG-ECHO also reported 2 fatalities in Cox's Bazaar.
