Sept. 21 (UPI) -- Tropical Storm Jose is generating tropical storm conditions over portions of southeastern New England, with high surf and rip currents expected to continue along the east coast. The National Hurricane Center said in its 8 a.m. advisory that Jose was stationary about 150 miles southeast of Nantucket, Mass.
