DATE: 05 July 2016, 6:00 PM. I. SITUATION OVERVIEW. At 2:00 PM, 05 July 2016, Typhoon (TY) "NEPARTAK" entered the Phillipine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and was named "BUTCHOY". It has a maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 150 kph, moving Northwest at 30 kph.
