MANILA - A typhoon approaching the country from the east will enter the Philippine area of responsibility on Thursday, state weather bureau PAGASA announced Wednesday. At 11 a.m. today, PAGASA said the tropical depression, which will be named locally as "Marce", was last spotted 1,315 km east of Visayas.
