ذكرت وكالة الارصاد الجوية اليابانية ان زلزالا قويا ضرب الخميس جزيرة هوكايدو جنوب البلاد لكنه لا يهدد بحدوث تسونامي. وقالت الوكالة ان الهزة الارضية التي بلغت شدتها 5.3 درجات ، ونظرا لحدوثها على عمق عشرة كيلومترات فقط. شعر بها بشدة سكان مدينة هاكوداتي حيث بلغت قوتها “ست درجات” على المقياس الياباني.
