Ein starkes Erdbeben hat die Katastrophenregion Fukushima erschüttert. Die Schäden sind jedoch überschaubar, auch an der Atomruine gab es keine Vorfälle. Wäre da nicht die Warnung vor dem herannahenden Taifun "Francisco".
