Kazakhstan, April 2022Ministry of Emergencies in Kazakhstan reported warmer temperatures and melting snow caused rivers to rise, flooding areas of the regions or provinces of Mangystau, West Kazakhstan, Aktobe, Akmola, Karaganda and Pavlodar from early April 2022.
