Slovenia and Croatia, Mid-September 2022Heavy rain from 16 September 2022 caused minor flooding in parts of Slovenia and Croatia. Civil Defence in Croatia reported flooding and landslides in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County damaged roads and around 6 houses. Local media in Slovenia said areas of the Municipality of Kostel near the Kolpa River were affected. Flooding was also reported in the municipalities of Žiri, Borovnica, Domžale and Crnomelj.
