Tropical Storm Nadine, Mexico, October 2024Local media reported flooding and wind damage in southern Mexico as Tropical Storm Nadine crossed the country in late October 2024. Fatalities, evacuations and material damage were reported in areas of Chiapas State after heavy rain triggered flooding and landsides. As of 21 October, minor flooding was reported in areas of Quintana Roo and Campeche states. Flights and ferry travel were disrupted.
