Heavy rainfall has been affecting north-western Morocco, in particular the Ksar El Kébir city, in the Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region, causing floods that have resulted in casualties and damage.The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) reports, as of 2 February, 20 000 displaced people.Over the next 72 hours, more rainfall with locally heavy rainfall is forecast over northern Morocco.
