  • On 13 November, central and south-western Portugal, particularly the Lisbon and Tagus valley region, has been affected by severe weather, including heavy rain, floods, strong winds and rough seas, resulting in fatalities and damage.
  • As of 13 November, media reports two fatalities due to flooding in Seixal city, Setúbal district, metropolitan area of Lisbon, south-western Portugal, and five people displaced from their flooded buildings in Alferrarede town, Santarém District, central Portugal. Fallen trees, blocked roads in the districts of Lisbon, Setúbal, and Marvão, and damaged vehicles were also reported.
  • Over the next 48 hours, additional rain is forecast across Portugal, with orange alerts for heavy rain on 15 November for the districts of Setúbal, Beja, Faro in the south of Portugal.
