  • Heavy rainfall has been affecting north-eastern Mexico, in particular the Tamaulipas state, bordering with Texas, USA over the past few days, causing floods that have resulted in casualties and damage.
  • As of 28 November, media report one fatality and two injured people across the Reynosa municipality, far northern Tamaulipas state due to the flooding.
  • Over the next 96 hours, moderate rainfall is forecast over most of the already affected Tamaulipas state.
