Honduras, May 2022A short period of heavy rain late on 19 May 2022 caused flooding in Central District of Honduras, including parts of the capital Tegucigalpa. Media reported trapped cars, flooded homes, landslides, fallen trees and a sinkhole. Later media said 21 people were rescued, around 100 homes damaged and 600 people affected.
