Latvia, Late March to Early April 2023Civil Protection in Latia reported rising levels of the Daugava river from late March 2023. As of 02 April, some flooding occurred in Augšdaugava municipality. Around eight roads were underwater, leaving some communities isolated. Augšdaugava municipality requested the national government to declare a state of emergency.
