GDACS Event Archive

Archived event alerts and associated reports remain available on the website. The archive runs from about 2003 (depending on the disaster type).

If you're interested in precise parameters of events (e.g. earthquake locations and magnitudes), please refer to the original data sources. It is possible that GDACS has not captured the most precise measurements if they have been published after the event.

Note that the information of old events is not updated and can be inaccurate. The purpose of GDACS is to provide information in the earliest phases of disasters. More accurate information, moderated by disaster management experts is available in the GDACS Virtual OSOCC.
