United Kingdom: Warning level 2/3 for 15 locations in England and 1 location in Wales.
France: Threshold level 2/3 for 3 regions and 1/3 for two regions exceeded.

GDACS is a cooperation framework between the United Nations, the European Commission and disaster managers worldwide to improve awareness, information exchange and coordination in the first phase after major sudden-onset disasters.
