GDACS is a cooperation framework between the United Nations, the European Commission and disaster managers worldwide to improve awareness, information exchange and coordination in the first phase after major sudden-onset disasters.

Albania:warning level 1/1 for SHKODËR, KUKËS, LEZHË, VLORË and GJIROKASTËR regions
Austria: threshold level 3/3 for Subersach and Schwarzach rivers.
Bosnia and Herzegovina:threshold level 2/3 for Miljacka, Bosna and 3/3 for Crna Rijeka rivers.
Italy: warning level 2/3 for Lazio, Molise region.
Lithuania: warning level 2/3 for Leite region.
Serbia: warning level 2/3 for Lim and Dunav do Novog Sada river section.
United Kingdom:warning level 2/3 for one location in southern England.
