GDACS is a cooperation framework between the United Nations, the European Commission and disaster managers worldwide to improve awareness, information exchange and coordination in the first phase after major sudden-onset disasters.

Bosnia and Herzegovina: warning level 1/1 for Trebižat river.
Portugal: threshold level 2/2 for the Tejo river, and threshold level 1/2 for 3 other basins (Douro, Sado and Mondego).
Spain: threshold level 3/3 for 1 locations in the Guadiana basin, 2 locations in Andalusia, 2 locations in the Guadalquivir basin and 1 location in the Duero basin ;threshold level 2/3 for 1 location in the Guadiana basin, 1 locations in Andalusia, 10 locations in the Guadalquivir basin, 1 location in the Duero basin and 2 regions in Catalunya.
United Kingdom: warning level 2/3 for 67 locations in England and 3 locations in Scotland.
