Bosnia and Herzegovina: Warning level 1/1 for Vrioštica and the Tihaljina-Mlade-Trebižat flood area.
Bulgaria:Flash-flood warning 2/3 for Smolyan, Blagoevgrad, Kurdzhali, Pazardzhik and Stara Zagora regions.
France:Threshold levels 2/3 or 3/3 for Laïta (29), Blavet (56), Vilaine amont (35), Seiche (35), Vilaine médiane (35), Basses Vallées Angevines (49), Loir aval (72), Loire aval (44, 49), Loire estuaire (44), Loire saumuroise (49), Sarthe amont (61, 72), Mayenne (53), Bandiat - Tardoire (16), Boutonne amont (17), Charente amont (16), Charente moyenne (16), Charente aval (17), Sèvre niortaise aval (17, 85), Seudre (17), Vienne limousine (16, 87), Adour des barthes (40), Confluence Adour - Nive (40, 64), Confluence Garonne - Dordogne (33), Estuaire Gironde (17, 33), Garonne girondine (33), Midouze (40), Garonne marmandaise (47), Gimone - Save (31, 32, 82).

Italy:Warning level 2/3 for the Calabria region.
Spain: Threshold level 2/3 for 5 stations and 3/3 for 5 stations in the Duero basin. Threshold level 2/3 for 1 station in Mino Sil basin.
Ukraine: Threshold level 2/3 on the Inhul river; warning level 2/3 for the Pivdennyi Bug basin.
United Kingdom: Warning level 2/3 for 68 locations in England.
