DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK

At 700 PM CHST...0900 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression 25W
was located near Latitude 16.2 degrees North and Longitude
137.9 degrees East. 25W is moving northwest at 13 mph. It is
expected to make a slight turn toward the west-northwest with
little change in forward speed through Thursday. No direct impacts
are expected for the Marianas as the system continues to move away
from the region.

Maximum sustained winds are 30 mph. 25W is forecast to intensify
through Thursday.
