At 100 PM CHST...0300 UTC...the center of Tropical Depression Koguma
was located near Latitude 10.8 degrees North and Longitude 168.0
degrees East. Koguma is moving northeast at 10 mph. It is expected to
make a turn toward the north-northwest with a slight decrease in
forward speed through Tuesday as it inches closer to Wake Island.

Maximum sustained winds are 35 mph. Koguma is forecast to intensify
through tonight, possibly becoming a tropical storm later today.
