Gran parte della Svizzera, nella notte tra giovedì e venerdì è stata di nuovo oggetto di vaste precipitazioni che hanno aggravato la situazione di laghi e fiumi elvetici. Sebbe alcuni fiumi sono scesi di livello, per i laghi la situazione è diametralmente opposta.

Le regioni di Wallisellen (ZH), Kloten (ZH) e Birmensdorf (ZH) sono state particolarmente colpite. Stando a SRF Meteo, Waldegg (ZH) ha registrato 31,1 millimetri di pioggia in 10 minuti. Ad Affoltern (ZH) ne sono stati misurati 27,1 e a Opfikon (ZH) 25 millimetri.
