Mali, Late July to Earl August 2021Over 1,000 households were affected by flooding in Ménaka in eastern Mali from around 21 July 2021. Hundreds of homes were flooded and many had to take shelter in nearby school buildings. On 23 July heavy rain caused urban and flash flooding in parts of the capital, Bamako.
