Venezuela – 15 Dead After Floods and Mudslides in MeridaHours of heavy rain late on 23 August 2021 caused mudslides and flash flooding in Tovar, Antonio Pinto Salinas, Sucre and Rivas Dávila the state of Merida in western Venezuela. On 25 August State governor Ramon Guevara said 4 people had died in Quirorá, bringing the total to 20 fatalities.
