  • On 28 October, heavy rain, consequent flooding and the overflow of the the Nechí River has affected Vegachí and Zaragoza municipalities, northeastern Antioquia department, northwest of Colombia, resulting in fatalities and damage. The most affected municipalities of Antioquia are: Cáceres, Mutatá, Dabeiba, Angostura, San Carlos y Anorí.
  • As of 28 October, media report three fatalities - one in Vegachí and two in Dabeiba - three missing and four injured people in Dabeiba, and more than 600 affected families. Several bridges and roads were affected.
  • Over the next 24 hours, additional rain is forecast over the northwest of Colombia.
